Most people stumble into the UK holiday park sector by accident and never leave, and our stories are no different. We're passionate about people, we genuinely care about customers having a great experience, we're meticulous about standards and above all, love having a great time doing all that.
We're not your average consultants, we know that and we're proud of it. We've created this business to have a positive impact on the sector and make a difference.
Following a number of years in the Royal Engineers, Matt served in multiple operational tours all over the world including Afghanistan. Following a spell in private security and the fitness sector, Matt was approached by a recruitment agency and embarked on a career in the holiday park sector where he excelled quickly. From sales manager to multiple senior management roles for one of the UK's leading operators.
Matt spent an 11 year career supporting customers to buy their perfect holiday home and leading and inspiring teams to deliver exceptional service. Prior to the launch of The Holiday Park People, Matt was a board director for a multi-park operation which is where he and Stacey met.
Stacey on the other hand, has spent all of her working career in the sector. From work experience on a holiday park as a teenager, Stacey caught the 'holiday park bug'. Someone that always had a passion for people and was inherently creative, Stacey worked for some of the UK's leading operators specialising in holiday sales and marketing.
Following 5 years as a board director in her most recent role, Stacey & Matt met and worked together leading sales, holiday sales and marketing operations.
A love for the sector and a genuine passion for people was clear from the outset. When we found ourselves looking to our future, this felt like the only direction for us. From reception and sales, marketing and senior leadership roles to board directors, we get it. We truly understand the nuts and bolts of holiday park operations. This weird and wonderful sector has been a huge part of our lives and honestly, we absolutely love it.
We're extremely lucky that we're not doing this alone. We were over the moon when Graham Hodgson and Bev Dixon, who are two of the industry's most successful and respected individuals, agreed to back us on this journey and we couldn't have possibly wished for better investors, in terms of people or experience.

We’re super passionate about creating a space for existing and ex-military personnel to get support when they need it. We believe there is a huge opportunity in our sector to provide careers for those leaving the Armed Forces. The skills these amazing men and women can bring is often overlooked. Through working with WWTW we believe we can help raise the profile of this incredible charity, whilst helping vulnerable individuals in need of short and long term support. We’ll carry out activities to raise crucial funds for this brilliant cause, which is active everyday in locating serving and ex-military personnel that need help, from financial support to mental health and dealing with the aftermath of their experiences.
