A passionate and inspiring leader with over 13 years experience in the sector. Matt has an outstanding ability to understand and get the very best out of people. His knowledge of holiday parks is second to none and his ability to create, communicate processes and deliver sales results is unrivalled.
Matt’s approach to service and sales is focused around people and meticulous attention to detail. He properly understands sales operations and customers, meaning he can provide first hand advice on strategy, planning, sales process, pitch yield and developments, and you can trust every word he says. Matt is always people and standards first, yet he fully recognises the commercial operation of sales, holidays and marketing.
